Return Period

Customers may return items within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

Item Condition

Items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original sealed packaging
• With all labels intact

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed personal care and hygiene products (including soaps, bath, body, and similar items) for health and safety reasons
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
