Customers may return items within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

Items must be:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or unsealed personal care and hygiene products (including soaps, bath, body, and similar items) for health and safety reasons
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
