2. Shipping Coverage

We primarily ship to addresses within Georgia. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facilities in Georgia.

If you require shipping to locations outside Georgia, please contact us at support@britishcare.ge to discuss availability and costs.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery fee applies to the following Tbilisi districts:

  • Vake

  • Saburtalo

  • Vera

  • Mtatsminda

  • Didube (central areas)

  • Chugureti

  • Avlabari

  • Ortachala

Orders within these areas are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries Outside Standard Areas

Deliveries to districts outside the areas listed above, including outer residential zones, suburban developments, or regions outside Tbilisi, may incur additional shipping charges depending on distance and courier availability.

If your delivery address falls outside our standard zone, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm any additional delivery fee and estimated delivery timeframe. Your order will proceed only after your confirmation.

Delivery timeframes for regional addresses may vary.

3. Processing Time

3.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Georgia
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order has been dispatched

3.2 Processing Delays

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Peak shopping periods (holidays, promotional events)
  • Inventory shortages
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will notify you of any significant delays to your order.

4. Delivery Times

4.1 Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Standard Delivery within Georgia:

  • Tbilisi: 1-2 business days
  • Other major cities: 2-4 business days
  • Remote areas: 3-7 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

4.2 Delivery Address

  • You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@britishcare.ge
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

7. Delivery Process

  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier may:
    • Leave a delivery notice with instructions for collection or re-delivery
    • Attempt re-delivery on another day
    • Return the package to a local collection point

7.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Recipient unavailability after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Re-delivery fees (if you wish to have the order re-sent)

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

9.1 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
  • Take photographs of the damaged packaging and products
  • Contact us at support@britishcare.ge within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photographs
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

9.2 Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • We will investigate with our courier partner
  • If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund

10. Customs and Import Duties

For shipments outside Georgia (if applicable):

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees
  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are your responsibility
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned to us, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs

11. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to collect from courier facility
  • Failure to pay customs duties (international orders)

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. You will be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping costs for re-delivery
  • Any return shipping costs incurred

If you do not wish to have the order re-sent, we will process a refund minus:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable restocking fees

12. Shipping Restrictions

13. Multiple Item Orders

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched

14.2 After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • It cannot be cancelled or modified
  • You may refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
