6.3 Delivery Responsibilities

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

7.2 Eligibility for Returns

All labels, seals, and tags intact
In resaleable condition

7.4 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Wait for return authorization and instructions
Package items securely in original packaging
Ship items to the address provided in our return authorization

Important:

You are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked delivery service
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Do not send returns without prior authorization

7.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are non-refundable
You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed

7.6 Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive faulty or damaged products:

Provide photographs of the damage or defect
We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
